About the Role
L5 Skincare is looking for an Atlanta-based Marketing + PR Coordinator to join our growing team and to support the launch of Heyday (www.heydayskincare.com) in the Atlanta market.

What You'll Do
  • Support in the development of marketing plans for Heyday’s four Atlanta area locations opening in 2022 and 2023
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Marketing + PR to ideate and execute out-of-the-box grassroots community marketing initiatives during both the pre- and post-opening phases
  • Ideate and execute brand partnerships to increase brand awareness and reinforce marketing objectives
  • Responsible for two in-shop managerial shifts per week to drive marketing campaigns in shop and for deeper understanding of clients needs and customer relationship management
  • Ensure shop teams have the collateral needed to execute brand campaigns and objectives
  • Brief in marketing requests to respond to on-going needs of the shops throughout the year which may include creative assets for performance marketing, email campaigns, print assets for shops, collateral for events and more
  • Conduct competitive analysis for the brand. Keep a consistent pulse on the industry and proactively present opportunities for Heyday
  • Support in the management and partnership with our third party agencies including digital marketing and public relations
  • Build relationships with surrounding offices and businesses in order to have continually expand our rolodex of potential partners and clients 
  • Plan and execute community and member events for all shops on a quarterly basis
  • Assist in digital strategy development, including creation of ad copy and creative
  • Support Senior Manager of Marketing + PR for various department operations
 
The Ideal Candidate
  • 1-2 years of experience in the marketing, PR or communications field 
  • Self-starter and solutions-oriented with willingness to take initiative is a must
  • Excellent project management, organization, communication and writing skills
  • Ability to travel to multiple shops located around Atlanta as needed 
  • Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule
  • Graphic design experience preferred 
  • Interest in health and wellness is a plus

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
