The Learning & Development team at Notarize is responsible for planning, developing, executing, and measuring dynamic and engaging learning programs for all employees to aid in their personal and professional development and growth. Reporting to the VP of Learning & Development, this role will be responsible for the content development and delivery of internal training on the Notarize products and their respective platforms. The right candidate will have experience training in the technology space and be capable of balancing the needs of our growing, fast paced organization with a thoughtful, thorough, and well-designed training strategy. 

What you’ll do as Senior Product Training Program Manager at Notarize:

    • Develop, facilitate and execute a multi-tiered product training strategy for our Go To Market teams, including follow-up and reinforcement. 
    • Create baseline training materials on our product to be utilized by all employees during corporate onboarding.
    • Partner with Engineering, Product and Marketing teams to understand the ongoing product release and launch schedule. 
    • Partner with internal SMEs to stay-up-to-date on product releases and launches.
    • Proactively stay informed regarding industry and competitive changes and updates and facilitate sharing that content to appropriate internal audiences in accordance with our corporate communications strategy.
    • Define the cadence and modalities to be utilized for product and domain training.
    • Engage key stakeholders and cross-functional leaders across the business to gather and memorialize tribal knowledge.
    • Work with peers to support internal communication processes and key internal stakeholders to gather corporate updates about our products. 
    • Design assessment, certifications and/or reinforcement activities to support training delivery and validate comprehension and application of knowledge. 
    • Partner with the Manager of Corporate Onboarding to maintain product and industry training for new employees. 
    • Partner with other members of the L&D team to assess and recommend tools that will aid in training delivery and reinforcement.
    • Continually collect and review feedback while assessing training program quality and efficacy.  Adjust approach as appropriate. 

What we’re looking for:

    • 5+ years’ experience in sales, sales training, customer success, product marketing or sales engineering/solutions consulting, preferably for high tech organizations, with the demonstrated ability to transfer skills and knowledge to a group and/or individuals.
    • Ability and drive to manage projects from concept inception through execution.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong managerial, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills; detail oriented and able to execute initiatives quickly and accurately.
    • Strong presentation skills with an excellent ability to engage an audience.
    • Self-starter with an exceptional ability to identify behavioral and knowledge gaps and develop training to address them.
    • Experience working with product, exhibiting a natural curiosity to learn how product features work and impact our customers.
    • Experience acting as a liaison between SMEs across various departments.
    • Strong meeting management and group process facilitation skills, with ability to structure small and large group meetings to achieve pre-defined objectives.
    • Training delivery and/or instructional design experience.
    • Ability to work independently, as well as cross functionally, to accomplish required goals.
    • Ability to design training using creative, innovative and visionary approaches.
    • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment to meet assigned deadlines.
    • Experience designing and delivering training assessments and/or certification programs.
    • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate360, Learning Management Systems, Camtasia, and Salesforce a plus.
    • Familiarity with the mortgage lending industry, including LOS systems and secondary market practices is a plus.
