Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, driven and result-obsessed Account Executive, who will be responsible for selling our RF applications products to enterprise accounts. You will identify, qualify, and close customers in the RF segment, with a focus on defense contractor networks, government labs and commercial RF applications including communications and automotive.

Supported by senior leadership and a world class applications team, you will play a major role in scaling Fortify’s newest area of growth. You will report to the Director of Sales for the RF segment. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close RF customers, while running a tight sales process with support from a world class team of technical experts, and industry subject matter experts
  • Structure, negotiate, and close 6-7+ figure deals by navigating complex organizations
  • Become an evangelist for Fortify’s technologies and the capabilities in RF space.
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate industry trends that impact strategic planning and growth
  • Work closely with leadership to drive company growth

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in leading enterprise solution selling efforts and driving C-level top down and operating level bottom-up engagement methodologies
  • A strong passion for acquiring and maintaining a proven understanding of the complete capabilities of Fortify’s RF technology and applications
  • The ability to penetrate and close complex enterprise accounts 
  • The experience to build and manage sales pipeline, providing detailed and accurate forecasting
  • A passion for collaborating effectively with Product, Sales and marketing teams to provide market feedback, support the optimization of product/market fit, customer/product experience, and product competitiveness
  • 5+ years business development experience, with consistent over performance
  • High autonomy self-starter, comfortable in early-stage company 
  • Experience in the RF commercial space and/or the defense prime segment is preferable
