What You'll Do

  • Generate scalable revenue and hit monthly and quarter quota targets
  • Manage, report, and forecast on a pipeline of sales activity – from managing demos to closing deals and growing existing relationships
  • Update and create sales proposals, leading complex relationships with workplace, people ops, IT, and facilities teams around the country
  • Conceive and pitch creative workplace management solutions that match the client’s business needs
  • Interact and collaborate across Eden Workplace, engaging with the Workplace Software, Marketing, and Operations teams to grow our SaaS solutions and marketplace offering
  • Actively source and provide valuable market research, including customer trends and product needs
  • Work closely with the Workplace Software Product team to gather, analyze, and understand customer requirements to develop product enhancements

What You'll Need

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in SaaS sales with 1+ years of SMB/mid-market closing experience
  • Experience working with workplace, people ops, or IT teams a plus
  • Ability and desire to build strong customer relationships 
  • Experience operating in a high-growth business environment like Eden Workplace
  • A strong history of quota attainment and excellent performance on a high-reaching team
  • Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build our team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Startup hustle and energy
  • Willing to work out of our San Francisco office or remotely (with occasional visits to our San Francisco office)

This role is part of the Workplace SaaS team and reports into Camille Merritt, VP of Workplace Software
