CRM Administrator at States Title

As a member of the States Title Marketing Team, the CRM Administrator is responsible for managing Salesforce instance for all business segments across the company. This role reports to the Marketing Operations Manager. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with geographically diverse employees in the Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Operations and Technology departments to maintain and improve the existing Salesforce instance
  • Provide daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types and page layouts
  • Customize Salesforce setup to align with business, marketing, and sales processes 
  • Custom development using a combination of Visualforce, Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Train, consult, educate and communicate knowledge of applications, system tools and processes to all new and existing employees
  • Perform regular data uploads, data maintenance, and cleaning activities 
  • Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation rules, and approval processes
  • Lead major and minor releases for the company, including release cycle testing, end-user feature training, and overall corporate communication 
  • Translate user needs into Salesforce functionality and execute the required work in Salesforce
  • Define and document standards for data entry and system use in Salesforce 
  • Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Monitor the flow of data between Salesforce and other sources of data
  • Be the company SME on Salesforce


Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate has at least three years of Salesforce CRM experience. Relevant experience here includes systems administration, translating needs to CRM functionality, training people on technology and helping drive adoption, and helping align CRM with business processes.


Additional requirements include:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in Lightning environment
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL and Lightning Components
  • Experience working with marketing teams and technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High-level understanding of advanced analysis, reporting, formatting, data manipulation, and presentation
