ABOUT THE ROLE
VTS is looking for an intelligent, highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a key contributor.  Our Account Executives are hardworking, coachable, curious, adaptable with a consultative, diagnostic approach to our client relationships and the sales process. What You'll Do:

    • Help bring Commercial Real Estate into the 21st Century – ensure customers achieve success with the VTS solution.
    • Become an expert of the VTS product suite and value propositionEmploy VTS’ sales process to drive customer expansion by identifying additional business value, building and presenting proof of concept (evaluation), through to contract closure.
    • Present to C-level executives on the value of the VTS solution through QBRs, data insights and product demonstrations in person and via web tools.
    • Represent VTS and evangelize our vision through in-market events, industry groups, and CRE specific initiatives
    • Leverage customer success into on-time renewals and contract expansions
    • Accurately forecast and execute on quarterly revenue targets
    • Negotiate pricing and sales contracts to close upsell business while navigating multiple decision makers
    • Work closely with deployment, professional services and customer support teams to ensure our customers are successful
    • Build relationships with senior decision makers, asset managers, and brokers at the top commercial real estate firms across the country

About You:

    • 1 year of experience in account management or selling software products/solutions in B2B environment, preferably in the information technology space.
    • A service-oriented ethos, strong business acumen and a demonstrated curiosity to solve client problems
    • History of good customer facing results
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
    • A process-oriented approach to the customer lifecycle
    • Attention to detail, highly organized, and efficient in managing multiple projects at once
    • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
    • Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity
    • Willingness and ability to travel
    • Bachelor’s degree
