In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales organization and senior sellers through intelligence gathering around target accounts. You will support the creation and maintenance of account maps for our target client list, identifying key stakeholders, buying processes, company KPIs, and more. You’ll develop relationships with manager level contacts to initiate and/or advance the deal process and better understand the response mode of stakeholders at key accounts. You’ll evangelize Urbint by generating new business through both inbound and outbound opportunities and working closely across our product, sales, and marketing teams.
Urbint is looking for candidates who can roll up their sleeves and be part of a fast-growing dynamic team. Your primary motivation is to identify opportunities and help the sales team to navigate deals, all with tenacious attention to detail.
What you’ll do:
Within 30-days establish a program to support current sales development and account mapping for Account Executive team, ramping up qualified lead count by the end of your second month.
Within 90-days design the sales development program, collaborating with marketing, executive leadership and sales to establish MQL → SQL channels, goals, best practices, processes, systems and tools for the ongoing execution of the sales development program.
Work with the sales team and executive leadership to establish a 12-month headcount plan for growing the sales development team in order to meet sales development goals and hire the first 2 sales development IC’s onto your team.
2+ years of demonstrated sales experience
Enterprise account experience, preferably in B2B SaaS/tech/start-up environment
Ability to interact and build relationships with all levels of customer and prospect organization
Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
Demonstrates tenacity and willingness even in difficult circumstances.
Exceptional Communication. Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose. Maintains this standard in all forms of written communication, including email.
