We’re looking for a driven professional to help support our executive team at b8ta’s headquarters in San Francisco
If you’re a great fit, you’ll have a blend of operations, finance, human resources, and project management skills. You’re also passionate, extraordinarily organized, a great communicator, and able to influence and manage wide-scale projects.
You’re also resourceful and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. You know how to cultivate relationships and can work with a variety of different stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
This EA role requires someone who’s thoughtful and flexible. You’ll work to increase the effectiveness of our executives by channeling information, managing schedules, and representing them to internal employees and third parties.
Provide administrative support to the CEO and President, including travel support, calendar management, and meeting logistics.
Help CEO with board meeting preparations—both internal and external communications and document gathering.
Work with CEO on special projects.
Assist Finance team in managing accounts payable, invoices, and expense reporting.
Assist Operations team with account administration.
