We’re looking for a stellar demand generation expert to join our high-performing Marketing team. As the Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Growth, you’ll build the foundation and processes for scaling VTS’ customer lifecycle marketing program and develop & execute integrated marketing strategies and demand generation campaigns that support our aggressive upsell and cross-sell revenue goals.

Reporting into the Director of Demand generation, you’ll work amongst a talented, collaborative team of revenue-minded marketers who are making a big impact at VTS, the commercial real estate industry, and who operate best-in-class with a world-class marketing tech infrastructure and the budget to have impact.
What You'll Do
Build the foundational processes and architecture needed to launch and scale our customer lifecycle marketing programs
Collaborate with product marketing, product, customer success and onboarding teams to develop a customer onboarding strategy that drives long-term customer engagement, product usage, user retention, account growth, loyalty and advocacy
Design and implement quarterly and annual demand generation campaigns that drive upsell and cross-sell revenue from within our current client base
Activate & optimize customer nurture channels including email, in-app notifications, direct mail, advertising, events, etc.
Strategize with events teams, upsell sales teams for new and exciting ways to engage our enthusiastic customer base
Test and execute completely new marketing programs like referrals, local events, direct mail, ABM plays into customers, and more.
Measure, analyze and report on campaign performance regularly, adjusting tactics as required to ensure results are achieved
5-7 years of B2B marketing experience in a demand generation role at a growing SaaS organization
Proven experience in leading both strategy and execution of ROI-based marketing programs
Hands-on experience with account-based marketing strategies, tactics and tools (engagio a plus but not required)
Deep familiarity with Marketo and SFDC and ability to own marketing campaign automation
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and report on program effectiveness and ROI
Excellent project management, time management and organization skills
Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
Must have a collaborative, flexible attitude and enjoy working in an energizing, fast-paced environment
